I have lived here for ywo years, and I have to agree with the person that had the parking ticket issue. I have an assigned spot and have gotten three parking tickets totaling over $150. thats for parking in my own spot, no fault of my own. The parking issue is rediculous. I have had many repair requests and most of them are taken care of in a timly manner. the quality of the apartment is lacking, the carpet is cheap, the lenoleum is yellowing, there is mold that grows in the bathrooms, and the construction of the buildings is such that if you have someone who lives above you, they sound like they are 500 pounds tap dancing on a hard-wood floor. Not to mention that I am in a one bedroom apartment and I have over $200 electric bill every month because there are incredible drafts coming from all windows and doors. There are a lot of kids at this complex, and a lot of them with foul mouths. My car has been broken into twice, and there are police that patrol here often. I do have to say though, that maintnence is what keeps me here, and the faact thats there was never a problem with me owning a 200 pound dog. if you can put up with all that, and the aweful traffic on sholls ferry, than I guess its ok.
