I am amazed at all of the negative reviews that people have posted. I have lived in this community for 3 years now and I love it. I found it to be the best price for the location of the property. Everything is so close you can walk to most of it. I have 2 pets and they love to go outside and play in the courtyard behind my building. It is usually really quiet. A few car alarms, dogs barking and the occasional stomping from your neighbors, but that is to be expected. It's an apartment. I have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff. They are very friendly and very helpful. The Maintenance staff at one time was short staffed and it took a little longer to do my work requests, but they kept in touch with me to let me know the status. Things in general do get done pretty quickly. The only thing that I would have to complain about it the Trash system. There is a Trash compactor that you have to either walk or drive your garbage to, but not too bad. Gives me excersise. Other then that this is a pretty great place to live and I plan on living here for a long time until I can get a house. I would highly recommend it to everone. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
