It seemed nice in the beginning. They get you in with no security deposit which seems appealing. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor talking on the phone in the next apartment, hear them showering, going to the bathroom ,etc. There was constant black mold on the windows no matter how much I scrubbed. The grass was always filled with dog waste and the mgmt would put a note on your door saying you would be fined if it was near your building, even if it was NOT your dog. Whether its winter or summer, the grass is always muddy. When your lease is up, they say they will only raise your rent about $20 if you decide to sign a new lease which you only have 5 days to decide or they raise your rent by $100.
