Do not rent here. The management is terrible, refuse to fix anything which is a structural problem (i.e. bad seals on windows, they say "take less showers, clean mold with bleach"; crumbling fire place - "don't worry about it, its fine".). If you have a big package delivered to the office, they won't call you, they just lock it in a closet till you are wondering three weeks later where the hell it is. All electrical outlet covers fell off the minute we moved in and tried to plug stuff in, and they tow your car at your expense if they "forgot" to enter your license plate number in their system.

I moved in Dec 2006 and am breaking my lease to move out NOW! After the first year we got a rent increase of $125! The walls are so thin you can practically hear people breath. Our bathroom ceiling leaks water from the neighbor upstairs, but when notified, nothing is done about it. I am just waiting for the ceiling to fall on the floor. My apartment has a strange smell and it seems to be coming from the kitchen sink (which plugs up at least once a month) I pour bleach down the drain and do not keep garbage under the sink and it still smells. People parking in wrong places. They park in the middle of the driveway, behind parked cars, in no parking areas and just create their own parking spot wherever they want. They are not careful drivers either, I have almost gotten hit several times. I have called the security number and they do not respond. There is also a big problem with kids on bikes, skateboards and scooters. They will not get out of the way when you try to drive through. I call the office to complain and they won't do anything about it unless I give them a name and apt number. The management does not seem to care about their tenants at all. Now we are starting to have a transient problem. There is a large over grown field back where my apt is and a transient has been found sleeping under my bedroom window at least twice. When I talked to the management about it, their response was it is not their problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
