We have lived on the other side of Beaverton in not the greatest areas and been much happier!

The dog crap is a HUGE problem around here. After 2 years of me pestering the management they finally put up ONE noticeable sign asking tenants to pick up after the animals. I have had friends come over and step in dog crap, as well as my children! Multiple times. I don't even allow my children to play on the grass anymore.

And don't be fooled by the playground. It is horrible as well! Most of the time it is too muddy to even play, beacuse they don't keep up on the goundcover. Last year my one year old daughter tripped and fell on the playstructure because the stuff that goes under the bark was exposed.

During a 3 day power outage this past year during the colder months, the management closed shop and was nowhere to be found. I didn't see them available AT ALL to the residents. So much for caring about people you get your money from.

Also, the traffic is HORRIBLE. People fly around the corners at high speeds, which has caused many of accidents. Including a car going through the dinky little 10MPH sigh they had up and right over an embankment behind the apartments. After that happened they left the glas on the grass for over a week, and they still have not put up ANY speed signs in replace of the one taken out.

As the other reviews have stated, The sound is horrible. It's true about hearing the neighbors use the bathroom and do the dishes. The mold in the very low quality windows. And the floors creek. This place was built very poorly.

Not to mention our car was broken into. Which can happen anywhere I know.. But when I spoke to the management about it they didn't give a darn about it. No apology. Nothing.

The maintence guys are rude, and often times are not very easy to understand. I don't know where they hire of the staff here at Country Gables, but I am honestly suprised they are still getting paychecks! I would be ashamed and embarrased if these people were working for me.

Overall, I would not advise anyone to move in here. Stay away from the poor management!
