The noise situation is the biggest problem here. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's alarm clock in the morning. The other big problem is leakage. When I first moved here, my bathroom flooded and leaked into my downstairs neighbor's apartment. However, it is otherwise a decent apartment, relatively safe with a nice pool and a good staff. The parking here isn't as bad as other reviewers say, like EVERY apartment complex, it mostly depends on where your unit is located. There are tons of parking spots near me, so if people are willing to walk a little, they can find a place to park. Not bad, but because of the excessive noise and leaking, I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be renewing my lease.

Good review and very fair! I've lived here for two years and agree with your assessment in all aspects of living here.
