I don't know why this apartment complex is being given a 3 rating. How are these determined' If it was given a 1 rating, that would be too high!! This place is awful!! The first rent renewal we got, our rent was increased $125!! The staff is very snooty and unaccommadating. They do not want to hear any kind of complaints and will not take care of anything. My bathroom ceiling leaked often from the apartment upstairs and maintenance would do nothing! At times it was like my ceiling was raining! The noise is a huge problem! You can practically hear your neighbor breath! The ceiling creaks and sounds like it is going to cave in when the upstairs people walk across the floor. I lived in the back of the complex by the field. When I moved out we were beginning to have a problem with homeless people taking up residence there as well as drug deals and sex acts going on. Gang graffiti was all over. When the office was told of these problems, they're response was, it is not their problem. There is only one garbage dumpster for the entire complex. Garbage over flows and gets strung out into the driveway. It also smells horrible! My apartment was 1/4 mile from the entrance. It was hard to drive in because i had to constantly dodge children, bikes, skateboards and cars that were parked where they shouldn't be. If you are disabled, this is a very difficult complex to get around in. I would not recommend this place to anyone, in fact I would advise them to stay away!
