OK... SO I LIVE HERE AT COUNTRY GABLES. I AM IN MY FIRST YEAR LEASE. THESE ARE NOT THE GREATEST, BUT NOT THE WORST. I SUGGEST IF YOU DO MOVE-IN GET A THIRD-FLOOR APT. YOUR NEIGHBORS BELOW MAY COMPLAIN, BUT YOU WON'T HEAR A THING! IT'S MUCH BETTER THAN PEOPLE STOMPING ABOVE YOU ALL DAY. THE APT MANGAGER IS NICE AND SO IS SOME OF THE STAFF. I REALLY THINK WE NEED TO GET NIKKI OUT OF THE OFFICE THOUGH. SHE IS MEAN AND RUDE. SHE WILL NEVER SHOW YOU COMPASSION (NOT THAT I HAVE ASKED) OR EVEN ANSWER A QUESTION WITH OUT BEING BLUNT AND COLD. SHE IS NOT EVEN NICE WHEN LEASING THE APT TO YOU. SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE SHE IS DOING YOU THE FAVOR OF GETTING YOU THE PLACE, WHEN IN ALL, YOU ARE THE ONE PAYING HER COMMISSION CHECK. SHE IS TOO RUDE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY SHE IS HERE' SHE ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE SHE HATES HER JOB. I DON'T EVEN GO TO THE OFFICE, BECAUSE I HATE TO DEAL WITH HER. IF YOU ARE COMING TO LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE, REQUEST NOT TO HAVE HER, BUT DEAL WITH ANOTHER GIRL. ALL THE OTHERS ARE VERY NICE. I AM NOT A LOW CLASS TENANT HERE WHO IS NEEDY. THAT IS NOT WHY I AM COMPLAINING. I'M JUST A MANAGER AT A CALL CENTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I CAN SEE THE CHARACTER OF A PERSON A MILE AWAY. HER'S IS BAD. OTHER THAN THAT, I ENJOY TO SEE THE KIDS HAVING A GOOD TIME OUTSIDE, YES, THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE- BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO' THE GARABAGE IS AN ISSUE, BUT MAINT. IS OUT THERE EVERY MORNING TAKING CARE OF IT. EVERYTHING ELSE IS OK AND THE COMPLEX IS VERY ANIMAL FRIENDLY. I HOPE THIS HELPS!!

I'm not sure what your problem with Nikki is... she always seems nice to me. She is the only one in the office that I know by name. You sound like you have a personal vendetta against her... or maybe you just expect people to plaster faux smiles on their faces and be extremely fake. I'm not a fan of these apartments, and I will move out when my lease is up, but I have real reasons for leaving. You should take your personal vendetta elsewhere.

Wow! Nikki is the most helpful of all the office staff - it seems that this poster is the same one that posted on 1/4/09... SOUR GRAPES. Apartment criticism aside - your personal swipe is unfounded and more of a reflection on you as a person.
