THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THE GROUNDS ARE REALLY DIRTY FROM THE PIG TENANTS WHO LEAVE THEIR GARABAGE AROUND. DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE. EVEN ON THE STEPS'''' I AM GOING TO BE BLUNT. THE LAST 2 REVIEWS ARE RIGHT. NIKKI IN THE OFFICE IS VERY RUDE AND NEVER SAYS HELLO. I AM NOT TRYING TO BE FRIENDS, BUT WHEN I WALK INTO THE OFFICE OF THE PLACE I LIVE IN WHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO HELP ME, THEN A SMILE AND HELLO WOULD BE NICE! GET HER OUTTA THERE. I AM MOVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP. WHEN IT SNOWED, THERE WAS NO DE-ICER DONE. THE SIDEWALKS WERE THOUGH, TO PROTECT THERE BUTTS OF LAWSUITS. MY BUILDING GOT A THREAT ABOUT GARBAGE FINES, BUT OUR TRASH HAS BEEN BROKE AND THE PILE WAS SO BIG, I THOUGHT I LIVED AT THE WASTE MANAGEMENT DUMP SITE. I GO TO SLEEP HEARING MY NEIGHBORS SPANISH MUSIC EVERY NIGHT AND WAKE UP TO THE CRACK HEADS BELOW ME SCREWING LOUDLY IN THE MORNING. WHO CARES IF YOU GET A GOOD DEAL ON YOUR APT. THEY RAISE IT BY AT LEAST $100 WHEN YOUR LEASE IS UP ANYWAY. TRUST ME..... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Nikki has never been anything but helpful and polite with our family - perhaps you are reaping what you sow??? As far as your other complaints - I guess I am not in your building - I am happy with my unit with the exception of the noise that carries throughout the walls - but that is not the fault of the other tennants. It is the fault of the Equity. Poor insulation. You seem to get what you give with your comments regarding "crack" heads and "spanish" music... non-smiling staff.
