Been here about six months. The floor plan is nice and overall you get a lot of space for the price. Nieghbors are nice and mostly quiet. Management is poor and maintenece is non existant. Cats live in the crawlspace which drive the dogs in the complex nuts. Location is great too. Back to maintenence. We have submitted requests at least three times for the same problems. We are always told that parts are on order. Nearly six months now. Our picture window is held in by tape and there seems to be no movement to fixing it or the other problems.
