At first I thought everything would be fine, it wasnt too bad until i found out that my neighbors on top had two dogs, one HUGE dog that makes a lot of noise in the very early morning, I can hear them getting ready for work at 4am, lost sleep because of it. My apartment faces the main street which makes a lot of noise if your window is open. We have to pay w/g/s. The faucets leak which wastes water and money and the water in the tub doesnt stay hot for so long, also there is some mold. During the colder months the main door is not fit exactly so there would be a huge draft of cold wind coming in, I had to block it with rags because it was so cold. Its not too bad, but its just not for me, I've lived in nice smaller apartments with everything working and not so loud for cheaper than what i pay here, i cant wait to leave.

Maybe you should let your management know about your issues as they all seem totally fixable. I have lived here for 3 years and everytime I let management know about something they are right on top of it! And it should be common sense that if you live on the street that it is going to be noisy! Mold is a very common problem in the NW and is easily fixable if you tell someone that works there about it.
