Very nice complex

I first moved into a 2 bedroom which the bedroom window faced the parking lot so a little more noise than usual. The stairs are connected to the walls so you hear comings and goings. Large living room in the 2 bedroom. I finally moved into a 1 bedroom on the top floor as my neighbor above the 2 bed was constantly noisy. 1 bedroom doesn't face the parking lot. The management I dealt with are no longer there so I can't comment on the current managers. Garages are reasonable at $60/month. Plus, they have free RV/Boat parking. Neighbors are generally friendly and will stop to chat. The only reason I moved is my job moved out towards Gresham. Otherwise, I'd probably still be there.
