I am a current resident of Downing Hills (July 06). The apartment is large and roomy, there is a pool, but the management has no idea how to deal with the pool. They have a cleaner running all day long on the bottom of the pool, and when it hits you it can really hurt.

Managment can't seem to stay we have gone through 4 managers in the last 9 months. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
