I looked around quite a bit for a new place to live and settled on Downing Hills because of it's location and fair price. I found some places a bit cheaper, but would not have wanted to live there. This is an older place so it is not as expenseive as some, but it is very well maintained and the floorplans are large. I've been here for about 8 months and am happy with my choice.

You must be crazy if you think it is a nice place. Maybe after they put the new windows in. But well you have only been in your place for 8 months, maybe you don't live on the side that has all the cops there night after night.

they have already put the new windows in, started painting, replaced all the faucets and lights for more power saving apartments. i have never seen any cops here. I have lived here for 3 months now.
