I have just moved out for college and it was very difficult to find an apartment with my non-employment and schooling income. Most places require a minimum income, I really liked Downing Hills because they don't require this. They are upgrading all the apartments and have just painted too. The management is very nice, but the manager does forget somethings. There are trees all around the apartments which make it a very fresh atmosphere. There is only one parking spot for each apartment though, but there is visitor parking also. It is a short walk away from schools, parks, and Albertsons. This is an excellent apartment for first time renters, and college bound teens.
