What don't you get from Elmonica Court... I am in a two bedroom 1 1/3 bath (yeah, they put a sink and mirror in my bedroom and call that a 1/3 bath!). When I initially moved in here, my rent was $645/mo (with a 13 month lease, and one month free rent). The only amenities here are a small (tiny!) swimming pool, and washer-dryer in unit. They don't even have high-speed internet access with reflex anymore. But hey, they'll force you to plug a phone in that dials when it wants to, just so that they can be lazy and sit in the office unless they have to do something. They'll also break into your mailbox around the winter holidays to "send" you a christmas card. In my opinion (I'm now paying $675/mo), you can do much better than elmonica court.
