Okay I have lived here for three years and have found my experience positive. My property manager has let me know I am a good tenant and that they are impressed with how I maintain my two-bedroom apartment. Are there ghetto neighbors? Sure, and guess what? When I lived in an upscale section of D.C., there were ghetto neighbors as well. My rent is $100 more than my last apartment, the space is three times the square footage, and if I needed high speed internet, I would invest it in myself. Id rather pay for what I need, than have higher rent for extras I wouldnt use. Safety is a huge priority to me, and I dont feel I have encountered or witnessed any unsolvable situations here. The one time I had an overriding safety concern, I picked up the phone and dialed 911.
