Too much for too little

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
I've lived at Elmonica Court since 1999. I started out in a two bedroom, 1 1/3 bath (a sink in the "master" bedroom), and now am in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Generally speaking, it is quiet; but anything that moves (either above or below) you can hear fairly well. There is also no insulation between floors, and we have been victim to our (hardwired) smoke detectors activating falsely due to leaks when the toilet in the unit above us overflowed. There is no on site management; the office is closed just about all the time (better call for an appointment); and there is a general "don't care" attitude about keeping the premises clean and safe. Think twice about living here, unless you don't care either.
