I'm currently living at Elmonica and I really enjoy it! I live on the inside corner, which is farthest away from the MAX station, so I can barely hear it. I live on a third floor and can hear the bathroom fan from the tenants downstairs, but other than that, I don't hear much!
I got a great price on a move-in special and have a 2 bedroom 1 1/3 bathroom for only $540.
I've only been there for a few months, but so far I'm really happy with it!
My only complaint is that a neighbor smokes right outside his door and the smell drifts into our bedroom window (on the 3rd floor), which I absolutely can't stand.
I would recommend it!
