The best thing about Elmonica is that they will allow you a 3 month lease. So this costs significantly more than a 12 or even 24 month lease, but it was one of the few in the area to even offer a short term lease.
All apartments come with good appliances, incl. washer/dryer, and a patio/balcony. Facilities compride a small swimming pool, but ataht's still more than many of comparable price. Rent for 3months for a 1 bed is $575pm and $300 down. Can be noisy at times, insulation between apartments is not good. Could do a lot worse for the price.
