They promise you things up front, but do not follow through. They are still advertising that water and sewer is covered, but once you sign the lease, they tell you it is not covered. Be careful. It's written in the lease that it is not covered, so don't let their advertisement fool you. They won't follow through. Get it in writing from the manager. Not a leasing agent!
The walls a literally paper thin. You can hear people talking in the parking lot and it sounds like they are in your apartment. The insulation is terrible. They clean the carpets when you move in and they look great, but stains form a few weeks later. Parking is terrible. They make you pay for a carport when one should come with the price of an apartment. The floors squeak with every step you take. Don't get a downstairs apartment or you will never have peace and quiet. Forget about long hot showers. The hot water runs out VERY fast. The only problem that I had with the management staff is that they are just not honest. They promise things just to get you in, then go back on their word. With this apartment complex, you must get everything in writing before you sign the lease. The price for rent is just not worth what you get. Don't let the model apartment fool you.
