The main draw back for this apartment complex is their floor plan is bad. The area is not well utilised. Also, there is absolutely not enough open parking lots. At times I used to park it way far from my apartment. I wasted lot of fuel haunting for the parking space. They seem to maintain the lawn well but they still have to correct the sprinklers that gives a free car wash near the open parking wasting the invaluable water. The new mangement is never cooperative. It always behaves as if the tenants depend on them and forget the fact that they depend on tenants.
