Not as bad as you would think

People love to complain about apartments, but I have lived in quite a few, and this one has huge upsides to its downsides.
The units themselves are actually very quiet. There is some noise from the parking lots, but, this is to be expected. The layouts are very modern, all woodwork is painted white, newish appliances, disposal, etc. I think the transition from Beaver Ridge to Emerald Place has been rough, but overall the apartments are clean and bug free, more modern than any I have seen, and efficient.
Parking is not as bad as people make it seem. I have a carport, and it is $15.00 month to month.
No big deal.
