I've read a lot of the reviews with the previous managers and let me tell you, the place must have changed.

I lived there for a year and loved it. There were a couple of tenants who liked to rev their engines at all hours of the night, but other than that, the place was very very quiet. The walls must be really great, because i rarely heard my neighbors!

Parking is horrible. If you get a carport (which are cheap), it's fine for you, but if you ever have guests, they usually have to take a hike to get to your apt. BUT this really depends on where in the complex you live.

The fitness center and pool are fabulous and well kept.

The management is all very sweet and any time I had a maintenence problem (like when my heat stopped working in the middle of the winter), they'd fix it the same day!

I highly recommend this place to live.

I had to move because it was a little high for my price range, but in general, the pricing's reasonable for what you get!
