I've been a resident here for 3 years. Yes, the parking isn't all that great. If you are a dumb ass like some people and park in a fire lane you will be towed by the Beaverton fire department NOT by management. Where else can you go and park in a fire lane' No where that I know of. Lease terms are flexible which is great since my job isn't always stable. (they move me around alot.) As far as the walls being paper, I haven't had any major problems. It's apartment living what the hell do you expect' Buy a house if you don't like apartments.
