We moved from La Salle Apts to this place and boy, WHAT AN UPGRADE. We rarely hear our neighbors and everyone seems friendly. Maintenance is GREAT! If you have a problem, they're there to fix it. Parking is difficult. You can purchase covered parking for a reasonable price. I don't recommend the garages unless you want to use them for parking. They will not keep out the elements (not good for storage). One oddity is our H2O/sewage bill is on the high side. Great location, very friendly staff, very reasonably priced. Tried to beat the summer rush to get a good deal on your lease. I would recommend April/May at the latest.
