My husband and I have been renting an apartment here for the past year and we have decided to stay on for another! We are, however, switching into a larger apartment. We have been renting their small one bedroom and it is just way too small for the two of us (let you be warned! It would be perfect for one person, but two' You will be cramped!)
Just a few notes:
The parking is terrible!! They have paid cover parking, in addition to the free uncovered, but they have too few of either.
The staff... How can I say this without being rude..' Anyone of the girls in the office staff that I have dealt with directly, have been a bit airheady. Nice, just not too bright.
Other than that, we have loved it here! The grounds are well kept and clean, and for the most part the tennants are friendly and quiet.
