I first lived here in 2002. I moved somewhere else but then moved back in 2005--huge mistake. The management changed for the worst. They don't care that people who weren't tenants littered the common areas with cigarette butts and beer cans. They don't care if certain people bend the rules. And they certainly don't like anyone complaining about problems. They just redid the paving and it was an organizational mess. We had no where to park even though we pay for them. They then let people park all other the place illegally and didn't tow. It was difficult to get around. They increased the rent for my lease renewal (not that I had any intention to stay). I can get a much nicer home for close to the same price.

Trailer park atmosphere? NOT EVEN CLOSE- my last apartment building was horrible-this one is nice, quiet and the tenants are nice, say hi and chitchat. The grounds are clean and well-kept, I have yet to see a single peice of trash out of place. The floorplans are not the best, but the extra amenities are nice and if you think you can get the same quality for the same price, check out the reviews of Birch Pointe next door, nearly same prices, completely different story...

Why does everyone hate Birch Pointe? Take away the fence that divides the property and they are the same place. Bad example.
