Emerald Place Management Sucks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
My husband and I moved here in March of 2006 and can't wait to move out. The only reason we have stayed this long is because we are waiting for our new home to be built (and it will be as far away from Beaverton as possible). The management tried to sell these apartments as luxury apartment homes, but they are nothing more than cardboard boxes with windows. You can hear everything through the walls and if you have upstairs neighbors, it sounds as if they are going to crash through the ceiling. The leasing agents and manager all have an "attitude" and their answer to every complaint is "we can't do anything about that" all the while sneering and giggling while you stand right in front of them. Needless to say, if someone takes a shower in the next apartment, it sounds as it they are in your unit.
They recently had the entire complex repaved (the worst paving job we've ever seen) and they didn't even provide alternate parking. We saw 4 or 5 cars get backed into or smashed by people trying to get in or out of the complex, and the management said they were not responsible for any of the damage.
This place is overpriced and poor quality - far from luxury apartment homes. The girls in the office need some serious training - they are rude and are never able to help with any situation.
