I have been a resident here since 2002 and I call it my home. I have been lucky with neighbors and it is quite. The maintance crew is really great. Each time something has gone wrong it is fixed. I have out lived a stove, dishwasher, dryer and have received new ones. The yard was getting run down looking but, it has improved again. When I see garbage around I do pick it up because I would do this if it were my house.
I think management does need to watch who moves in and keep up the image of a higher apt. living standards. The pool is great and the parking is a problem if you have a guest over. Over all it is a great place and I hope it stays that way.
