I was not happy with the complex at all. I did not like the staff,maintenance was extremely slow to respond, poor lighting and the bublbs were always out, the apartments would only fix up the buildings or plants new plants when the "big people" would come. I was always able to hear my neighbors upstair, day and night, the construction of this place had to be poor, because I could even hear word for word what my next door neighbors would say. Also, several thefts have occured, I believe even an older man had his tires stolen from his car and started a petition to get cameras set up, but of course the office denied his request, even though there were well over 100 signatures. The office staff was very pleasant when I first moved in, but then it was like "oh, its you, yes...what do you want". There are drug points all throughout the complex, even right in front of the office, and they did nothing. The funny thing is the secretary, well I heard she is the assistant manager, was the houskeeper of the aparments, so she had this big head, and treated everyone as if they were beneath her. Also I remember during the winter, the living room would be freezing, and you could feel a draft come in, but the office would not do anything about that either.
