I have lived here for almost 5 years. I read some of the other reviews and it is like they are talking about somewhere else.

I live on the second floor and don't hear my neighbors at all except for if the shower is going. I think if you live in an apt. and you live on the bottom floor you will always hear your neighbors no matter what apt. you live in. So try to get a second level unit.

The maintenance crew rocks they have fixed every problem I have ever had. If it has meant getting a new appliance that is what they did. They always replace lights when they are out when asked including outside ones too. I often will use the internet for maintaince request.

I have lived here now going on 5 years and have never had any theft problems or seen any drug deals going on. Look at the beaverton police record and compare emerlad place to Birch point and you will see the differance.

I have had some draft problems but, fix them myself just like I would if I owned a home.

Over all this place is great but, like any apt. location , location is key.

Birch Pointe Is on the otherside of the fence! Crime may not be reported but I'm sure it is happening!
