MY husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half. The first year was just fine, we did not have too many complaints (just a few: parking and staff). However, as time moves on, we are more and more anxious to have our rent agreement expire so we can get OUT of here!

The parking is still a major complaint. There is NOT enough, and then you have to pay for covered parking (which you are only allowed to even pay for one spot, so if you have more than one car, it is a huge hassle!).

They always do the grounds on Saturday mornings. So you get woken up by lawn mowers and weed wackers (who wants that').

While my husband and I were on vacation, our cat was crying on our porch, so management took her. They didn't even bother to tell us. After a full month of looking for her (shelters, posters, advertisements, etc.) we get a tip from another tenant saying that they had heard of the management getting a cat and giving it away. They didn't even bother to notify us! They STOLE our cat! Then, when I spoke with the management, they gave me the third degree and said I could not have her back unless I gave them $300 (ranson on my property''). This is still not resolved. We are still battling with them.

The staff is a bunch of airhead blondes, who (if you have a box that weighs over 5lbs delivered to them, will make you walk in the back to get it, saying it is very heavy-and these girls are bigger than I am). They will never go out of their way to help you.

I can't wait for our rent to be up so we can MOVE!
