My wife and I lived here for a year-and-a-half, and we had a very good experience. The floorplan was fantastic and it was a significant upgrade from our previous rental experience. The only bad experience was when we moved out and management wanted to charge us an additional 2 months rent, despite the fact that we were month to month. They insisted they had not written down our notice to leave, so we must not have given it. After some arguing, they agreed to drop the extra 2 months rent, acknowledging their clerical error. Also, parking late at night was at times quite difficult.
