Not-friendly staff, parking is horrible, rent increase dramatically

I have lived there for more than 2 years and I am moving out next week!
The staff in the office is horrible. They are not friendly at all. If you are receiving more than 2 packages and if you are not home, they would not take it for you in the office. Sometimes they even told the delivery guy to 'return to sender" which caused me a lot of trouble.
And everyone already knows, parking space is horrible.
Also, rent has almost doubled since I moved in fall 2005.
