Nice floor plan that is about it

Pro- Good rent for this area, and the floor plan of the apt was great! the neighbors are quiet
Cons- PARKING!!!!!! If you don't get home by 8 you can't park. People park in the fire lane all the time, which is more than a little unsafe. They will only let you rent one covered parking spot, no good if you have 2 drivers in one apt. The parking lot is dark, the out door lights don't work offten. Also the applances are OLD!!!! I am in my mid 20's and I think I am younger that everything in my apt. My PGE is double what is has been in any other apt I have lived in. Also the staff is NOT helpful. I haven been in the office many time and I am always made to feel I am bugging them. I am so happy i moved.
