I Like It Here...

I have only lived here since Spring 08 and I haven't lived in an apt for about 30 yrs. I downsized from a 3 bdrm mobile into a 1 bdrm so it's been interesting. Quietude is THE most important thing to me and my building is very quiet. The grounds are kept very well so I don't become depressed when I look out my windows. (But they do blow leaves on my patio and dirt under my front door when they walk through the breezeway.) My appliances are fine; my stove is new. I use the workout room and I agree with previous postings that it took awhile to get a few little things fixed. My biggest gripe would also have to be the parking. I refuse to pay $20 for cover. Many times by 6pm there are very few spaces left and some of the spaces are really narrow. All my neighbors are nice. Of course, I may be singing another tune when my first lease runs out, but so far I'm glad I made the move. The staff have been pleasant. I used this site to help focus my search.
