Lived hear for almost a year now, and wish I could stay longer. (moving out of town) The floor plan is fun, the neighbors are usually quiet, and management is nice. The 2 bedrooms have the right amount of closet space, and I like the kitchen/living room setup. Parking is tough in the evenings, but it's free so I'm willing to park a little further away if I have to. I like the workout room, and I've used the raquetball court a lot.

The location is also great, close to 26, close to Fred Meyer, Target, lots of restaurants and parks/paths.

Overall, I've really liked living at Emerald Place, and would consider living hear again if I moved back to the Portland area in the future.
