I've lived here for well over a year now and have no plans to move. I toured close to 10 different complexes before choosing this one based on layout, price, and value. Utilities (water, sewer, trash) are included and that's becoming harder to find. The location is fantastic. Management is nice, although maintanence can be a little forgetful. Overall a great place to live.
