Not too bad, there are better and worse

I lived here for a year and recently moved. The floorplans are a huge strong-point- good use of space, lots of light, HUGE living room and dining room, full size washer and dryer, newer appliances. The complex was built in '97 so it is just barely 10 years old and very updated. Walls and ceilings are rather thin, if you can get a top floor so that the small children overhead don't sound like a herd of elephants- it used to shake my walls and scare the dog! That may have just been a bad set of neighbors though. Sprinklers and hard-wired fire alarms are good with all the families around. The hot tub is a nice plus, but thats really the only amenity. Free covered parking, the open spots used to be hard to find but they are really cutting down on the extra vehicles and parking has improved a lot, it was never an issue to find a spot close to your apartment when I left. W/s/g paid, which is nice. Even in the winter w/ heat our power bill was never over $60 for a two bedroom, two bathroom. The complex itself is very safe, and I used to walk my small dog after dark in the surrounding neighborhood and never had an issue. Location is great, right off TV highway, although being on 185th can get noisy in the mornings and evenings during rush hour. Overall a nice place for a reasonable price. Seriously nice floorplans and fixtures.
