Great location, close to washington square mall; murrayhill shopping area. Very quiet area, esp. considering it is right next to a high school.
However I did have problems with maintaince. I had problems with the apartment (leaking bathtub faucet, broken heater) that we reported when we moved in, and still weren't fixed when I moved out. Parking is okay for one person, but doesn't work well for two people or guests. There are about a dozen non-reserved spots for the 70 units in the complex. It made it very difficult to invite anyone over, because there was rarely any place for them to park. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
