Fountain Park

One bedroom apartment is tiny!!! Do not move here if you like to have space to cook, good closet space or room for your furniture. Maintenance does not respond promptly to problems, and when they do come they use a lot of shortcuts and don't do anything the way it should be. I have had MOLD growing on the walls in my bathroom since about 2 months after we moved in, maintenance comes and just paints over it, and I have to go complain about it about every two and a half months to be painted again. The office staff are nice, but tend to tell you what you want to hear while you are in the office, and never produce any results. Parking is inadequate, and covered spaces are too expensive (50 dollars a month). Grounds are nice, Swimming pool is nice. Hot tub is broken about 50% of the time, and the excersice room has broken, unsafe equipment. Saunas have not worked since we have lived here. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and your nextdoor neighbor snoring and using the toilet. My car has been broken into twice.
