The size of the one bedrooms are ok...but forget about having a dining table or both a couch and a loveseat. The walls are so damn thin I hear every little sound my neighbors make. Kids run around everywhere and are never watched. Maintenence never makes an appointment and instead just walks into your place whenever they please, and half the time they don't even fix what's broken. You have to get on management's ass big time to fix anything important. Office staff are nice to you, but don't produce any results. The yard area behind my unit has had problems with flooding ever since I moved in. Even in 90 degree weather it's like a swamp. Parking is horrible, my lot is constantly full and I had a hit and run on my car a few months back here. The location is the best thing about this place.
