This place is unsafe. Neighbors don't respect anyone, and the management doesn't care, they allow the neighbors to do as they please. They lie, with little regard for the obvious truth. We have such a mold issue we can't even battle it, and the numerous complaints leaves even us breathless, but we are to blame for our lack of understanding the whole issue, and our once a week trip to the managers office to get maintenance issued to our apartment is only excersize. Trust me its not worth the trouble. There is no parking Either. A lot of grass, but no parking

The mold in this apt isn't caused by anything we did...we do all we are supposed too...it was caused by rain damage and flooding into the apt that was not fixed properly when it happend...that is why there is mold everywhere..they don't care, they don't fix things they just let it get worse.

We had the same problem with our apartment when the upstairs neighbor overflowed their bath tub. Maintenance kept just painting over the mold. Took months of complaints to get them to fix it properly.

I have only seen a tiny bit of mold here. The parking though, is a huge issue. There are not enough total parking spaces for a minimum of 1 space per apartment. I finally had to buy a reserved space to be sure to have parking.There is a lot of grass though. Especially when you look at the next door neighbors patio. They have 2 plants that are 4 feet tall so far. I am glad that I am moving now.
