I have lived here for a long time. There isn't alot of parking, but I do like living here. My apartment is large, my maintenance requests are taken care of is a reasonable amount of time, and if not I remind them that it hasn't been done, and it gets done. You have to be responsible for your own place and not be a slob. If you are that is why some apartments here look sloppy cause you are a slob! Clean up or move out of my community!

we put in our maintence request, and we remind them...and they still don't do anything...we keep our apt clean...we are not slobs, and we are responible for our own place...this is the worst place that i have ever lived in and....i have lived in apts...several older buildings my whole life.....

I offered a printed request for maintenance. Broken sliding door latch, slow draining bathroom sinks, very loose electrical outlets. I gave them this list 3 times within a 2 month period. The outlets were fixed, but nothing else was touched. This place is not great nor bad. I would not recommend it as a long term place to live.

I decided to live here because in the pictures they advertise that there is a treadmill. So far I have been in this hell hole for over a year and still...no treadmill. On top of that they raised our rent $30 bucks. Why should I pay more for false advertisment????

My rent was raised too! What a load of bs. I can't imagine staying 19 years in that hell hole! *shudder*

Just moved into the apartment. Im happy with the space. Able to make it home pretty fast. The walls are a little thin but my neighbors have been pretty quiet. Ive had some work done on the apartment. Didnt have hot water when I moved in...told the staff at the apartment...The issue was fixed within a couple of hours. This is my first time living in Beaverton...I would rather be in portland but I am saving money out here..thankfully.
