This complex is absolutely horrid. The apartments themselves are nice. But between renters, the management does absolutely nothing with the apartments. The --- manager is absolutely demonic. The assistant so far, isn't so bad. The landscapers and maintenance guys will invade your space and come up to your windows with the leaf blowers if you sleep in, and they'll wander your patios. It's overpriced, there is NO place to park, EVER, and they'll tow you if you park under covered parking. I signed on to a year lease and am already going to be breaking it. It's been a month. I got a "violation" for having a towel on my patio so I could wipe my dogs feet when I bring her in from a walk. I got a violation for having a flower in the kitchen windowsill. This place is HELL. DO NOT move in here. It's NOT just hearsay. My second DAY here, someone poured beer all over my car. It's HORRID.
