I have lived in this complex for over 10 years now, along with a number of my neighbors. We are all very pleased with the way the new management is maintaining the property. There is very sufficient lighting around the entire property including the many walking paths. The maintenance man has been here for over 3 years and is friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable. My maintenance request have always been taken care of in a timely manner. There are two court yard on the property that many apartments overlook, it is very peaceful here. Yes, there are families here, but if you are going to live in an apartment I think you should expect that. I have seen many staff members who live here, and walk around on a nightly basis to patrol the property for people who may not belong here. I have read the other reviews and it sounds to me that they are just disgruntled previous tenants who probably didn't take care of their own apartment. I have been very happy here for 10 years and I think you could enjoy it just as much and as long as I have.

I have lived at this property for 3 years. I can guarantee that the maintenance of ONE guy, who only works during the week because the apartment can't budget there money right is changed every couple of months. Having had monthly unsolved problems in my apartment I have met each maintenance man we HAVE had for the past 3 years. The new management does now live onsite. However prior to 3 months ago this property was left unsupervised. Thus the reason for the gymn being graffitied, and closed to residence, and the hot tub having broken glass, and being polluted. Besides to this, most people are forced to move because the apartment is unconcerned about the reacquiring BLACK mold that they refuse to clear or clean up. Personally I would rent at the apartments nearest to max then at Fountain park because it might actually be safer there. At least you wont get shot, or have your neighbor shot.

my old rommate WAS the one that was recently shot. I have known her for a few years and tho she is recovering nicely, i can only hope that her husband ( hopefully she will be sensible and divorce him now ) is getting ass raped sufficiently from a big black dude named Tiny. We begged and begged for maintenance to fix and cure the black mold. the management basically said F-u, and told us to go away. But eventually sent "juan valdez" with his bleach bottle and that's all he did. What do get for minimum wage, right? So, it would seem that the "Anonymous" user is actually someone from Ftn.Park. like MANAGEMENT. (It is possible to track someones IP address Miss "Anonymous") OR possible someone who takes LSD on a daily basis and loves the "rose-colored' world that SHE happily lives in. Otherwise the 2 of you, moldkills98 and "Anonymous" live in 2 entirely different sections of the Fountain Park planet. That's the only reasonable explanation.

moldkills98 needs to learn how to spell, i would also be angry if I were that illiterate. gideaninja is a racist. Fountain Park can't help that the poor girl who was shot married a psycho! I have lived at Fountain Park for 2 years now, and the maintenance person is the same guy as was here when I moved in. The staff is always pleasant. The grounds usually look nice, but as with all apartment living you have to deal with occasional litter. The landscaping is always kept up. I read a review where someone was complaining about leaf blowers. I have never heard them before 9 am, and if they didn't use the leaf blowers, people would complain that the landscape wasn't being taken care of! As far as apartment living goes, Fountain Park is a great deal! The rent is inexpensive, the apartments are large, and the staff is friendly. I have never had to put in a work order, and I have never experienced mold. I keep my apartment clean. Including bleaching the bathroom ceilings and cleaning the window tracks and sills. I think that normal upkeep will prevent most of what people complain about. It's too bad that mainly only the disgruntled residents get on here to post a review. Most of the people I have talked to around the property are happy with where they live. When it's time for my lease to be renewed, you better believe I'll sign up for another year. I hope that the unhappy people move out!
