I have been a resident here sine 06. At first glance the apt are not bad, they are in serious need of a remodel and are a bit expensive for what you get, the management when I moved in was professional and courteous. That all changed when the property manager left the company to spend more time with her children. since that has happened the place has gone to hell it took me 8 months to get my first work order fixed and even then it was only after I threatened the corporate office with a law suit for habitability issues.
While the market price has not gone up since I have been a resident the water/sewer has gone up 16-18 dollars a year to the current low price of 48.00 a month for a 1 bedroom. Also the cable which was once included is now charged on top of that. The management is shady, I have received notices that I am in violation of my lease for pet polices as well as the ridiculous no smoking policies. I am a non-smoker and when confronted about the notices I received, they had no proof or grounds to back up their scare tactics complaints. Also the current manager has on several occasions failed to provide minimum required notice to enter the premises for anything from random inspections to maintenance requests if u can get them to respond to a maintenance work order.
As for the exterior and grounds the siding is rotten, warped and or falling off nearly everywhere and the landscaping is a serious joke there are trees on the property that have limbs that have been dead for so long that the bark has weathered off and now poses a serious safety risk. and in other places the trees are so overgrown that they are causing damage to the patios and windows nearby. I for one have lived in worse places then this, but I'm hard pressed to think of one...

I'm with you. I posted a review on here myself. I lived on that property from 2003-2008. When I first moved in I thought it was a nice place. Then it started. They were supposed to replace the door on my shed because it was rotten, but never did the entire time I lived there. There were constant issues with mold and mildew, even though I religiously cleaned my apartment. The landscaping is definitely a joke. There was a large tree outside my apartment that was insanely old and rotten. Every time there was the slightest wind, large limbs would fall off it. There is a constant drainage issue and residents have to wade through lakes of water to get around the complex. I broke my lease to move out.
