Stay away if you have kids or need tranquility From: greenbrier_2003 Date posted: 1/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I am waiting for my lease to end so I can move to a better constructed and sound insulated place. We cannot invite guests as our neighbor downstairs complains about excessive noise. On weekends I have to take my kids to play elsewhere, since the floor transmits so much noise downstairs and I am so close to getting into a fight with this neighbour. Our life has been miserable. I can hear people showering, running tap water in adjacent apartments. The management is fine but they cannot do anything about this poorly constructed place.
