I agreed with pretty much all of the reviews below, I have lived at greenbrier for about 3 years now and have seen 5 different managers. The first was rude, 2nd incompetent, 3rd was okay but didnt follow thru and the 4th should get a job as a warden. This leaves me to the current manager. She is GREAT!!! I have always had quick responses to any issues and have never been treated with anything but respect anc concern. If you are considering moving here, please note that all of the negative responses below were prior to the new management coming on board. I think this is probably the best deal in town, water sewer, garbage all paid as well as extended cable. Great place to live.
